Practical Flight Training

Tina Oborny is a rare and unusual flight instructor. Having founded what grew to be the largest and most successful Cirrus factory certified flight training center in the Cirrus Aircraft partner network, Tina now teaches and provides mentor pilot services in a wide variety of aircraft including the Cirrus, Pilatus PC-12 and King Air. Tina’s “real world” experience, including single pilot North Atlantic crossings and extensive multi-country European and Caribbean private flying, gives Tina unique experience to pass along to her students. She was a frequent speaker for the FAA, giving briefings to FAA inspectors and annual presentations at the FAA Production Studios during the annual Sun N’ Fun event, about teaching in glass cockpit aircraft.  Tina is one of the most experienced Cirrus instructors in the world haven given more Cirrus flight instruction annually than few other CSIP’s (Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilots). Well respected by the Cirrus Aircraft factory as one of the leading aviation educators, Tina is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to learn to fly any version of the Cirrus Aircraft.
